  Don Howell   Don Howell, President of PREMA Corp, created the innovative and unique design and implementation of  Revenue Administration and Discovery/Recovery .  Don has over 35 years of experience in Georgia, Alabama, Colorado, and Tennessee.  Don served 11 years as City Manager in Gulf Shores, Alabama; was City Manager in Woodland Park, Colorado from 1991 to 1998; and served two years as City Manager in Morristown, Tennessee.

  Kimberly Konczak   With a background in commercial banking, Kimberly joined the PREMA team in 2011 as our controller. She handles all of our corporate accounting, human resources, and marketing.  Kimberly thrives on collaboration with staff and she is always looking for new ways to become efficient and innovative, while striving to maintain a rich company culture.

  Michelle Godfrey   Michelle joined our PREMA Team in 2006 as a Revenue Analyst and now serves as our Director of Operations.  Michelle is our IT expert and provides in-house training to all staff relative to tax, business licensing, and state and local laws and rules.   Ashley Oliver   Ashley holds a Masters of Science in International Relations from Auburn University. She is nearing completion of her Certified Revenue Examiner (CRE) education and certification.  PREMA has had the fortune of having Ashley as a part of our team since 2015 where she has thrived in our Revenue Enhancement projects.  She was recently promoted to Revenue Enhancement Manager and will oversee all current and future projects, including field work, data mining, and general project management and oversight.

Ms. Pate has six (6) years of experience focusing on Revenue Discovery & Recovery and Compliance Audit Examination for over 275 jurisdictions. Her work has produced immediate, unrealized revenue and is an integral part of promoting growth of local government clients' revenue base.
